KIEV, July 26 – Donetsk City council on Wednesday approved the decision of a tender commission that declared Kiev-based AeroSvit-Ukrainian Airlines the winner of a tender to select an investor to develop Donetsk-based Donbasaero municipal company, AeroSvit told Interfax-Ukraine.

Donbasaero will be reorganized into Donbasaero Ltd. A 25.01% share in the company's statutory fund will belong to Donetsk City council, and a 74.99% share to AeroSvit.
