KIEV, July 23 - Internal Affairs Minister Vasyl Tsushko, who was hospitalized in Germany for the past eight weeks for a heart problem treatment, resumed his duties on Monday, the ministry reported.

Tsushko became a central figure in an investigation of abuse of power when his order to break in the General Prosecutor’s Office in May had led to a clash with forces loyal to President Viktor Yushchenko.
