KIEV, July 19 - Interpipe Limited (Cyprus), the owner of the Ukrainian pipe and wheel producer Interpipe, has placed its debut issue of three-year eurobonds worth $200 million with an 8.75% coupon.

As Interfax-Ukraine learned from Interpipe on Thursday, the securities were placed at face value and the placement was completed on Wednesday evening.

A spread to state bonds with a similar maturity was 391 basis points, the company said.
