WARSAW, July 20 - Crude oil from the Caspian Sea region may reach European suppliers before the end of this year, using the Odessa-Brody pipeline and the southern branch of the Druzhba pipeline going through Slovakia, Ukrainian Cabinet official Oleksandr Todiychuk said, according to The Wall Street Journal Polska.
"The crude oil would not go to [the Polish city of] Plock, but to Slovakia and further to the Czech Republic and Hungary," the daily said. "Todiychuk believes that only the consent of the government in Bratislava is necessary for the start of deliveries. The southern brand of Druzhba could be used for the project."
