ASTANA, July 18 - Kazakh Emergency Ministry head Viktor Khrapunov has offered Ukraine Kazakhstan's assistance in the cleanup operation after the railway accident in Lviv region.

Khrapunov offered the assistance of Kazakh experts during a telephone conversation with Ukraine's Deputy Emergencies Minister Vladyslav Teilychko, Kazakh Emergency Ministry's press service reported.
