KIEV, July 16 - Ukraine's government seeks to settle within a week a shareholder dispute with Russian oil company Tatneft over majority interest in UkrTatNafta, the country's largest oil refinery, an official said Monday.

Valentyna Semeniuk, chairman of the State Property Fund, the country's privatization agency, said a special commission has been created between the shareholders to settle the dispute.
