KIEV, July 13 - The Emergencies Ministry doesn't rule out the possibility that an organized criminal group has been involved in the theft of ammunition at Novobohdanivka depots for several years and that the blasts at the depots might have been an attempt to conceal the theft of ammunition.

Emergencies Minister Nestor Shufrych announced the suspicions of the ministry at a briefing in Kiev on Friday, commenting on the arrest of a group of servicemen for the theft of ammunition in Novobohdanivka.
