KIEV, July 12 - The National Bank of Ukraine should "under no circumstances" let the hryvnia gain much value against the U.S. dollar, a top economic advisor to President Viktor Yushchenko said Thursday.
"The last thing that we should go for in this life is letting the hryvnia revaluate," Oleksandr Shlapak, a deputy chief of staff at the Yushchenko office, said. "I would not under any circumstance change the monetary policy of the National Bank."
