WARSAW, July 12 - The Polish-Ukrainian joint-venture, Sarmatia, decided Wednesday to raise the firm's capital by PLN10 million to prepare a feasibility study on transporting Caspian oil to Western Europe.
"The Sarmatia shareholder's meeting increased the company's capital yesterday from PLN2 million to PLN12 million," the Polish daily Puls Biznesu wrote in its Thursday edition. "Money ought to be allocated for the feasibility study of a deliveries system of crude oil from the Caspian Sea through Baltic Sea and further to Western Europe."
