KIEV, July 12 - Japan is interested in taking part in a project to build a high-speed railway from the Boryspil airport to Kiev, according to Transport and Communications Minister Mykola Rudkovsky.
"During the talks with the director, who is responsible for projects abroad at the Foreign Ministry of Japan, I proposed to discuss a possibility to build a high-speed railway from the Boryspil airport to Kiev City. The Japanese side is very interested in the project," the press service of the Transport and Communications Ministry reported on Tuesday, referring to Rudkovsky, who is visiting Japan from July 8 through July 13.
