KIEV, July 10 - Moscow-based Alliance Oil Company and Lutsk-based West Îil Group (WOG) have signed an agreement on strategic cooperation in realizing a project to develop Kherson oil refinery, Alliance Oil Company told Interfax-Ukraine on Monday.

The company said that the agreement foresees investment in the upgrade of the Kherson oil refinery and involving other investors in the project, including Russian investors.
