KIEV, July 6 - About 5.1 million tons of oil and 3.4 million tons of fuel worth $4.2-4.4 billion are needed to create a 90-day strategic oil and fuel reserve, according to director for energy programs at the Razumkov Center, Volodymyr Saprykin.

"We conducted a preliminary study and found that one of the options to create a 90-day strategic oil and fuel reserve is over 5 million tons of oil and around 3.4 million tons of fuel totally worth over $4 billion," he said.
