KIEV, July 5 - France's Orangina Group has completed a deal to buy 99.7% of large Kiev-based Ukrainian soft drink producer Rosynka non-alcoholic beverages bottling plant, according to Tekt company.

The company was engaged in the plant's reorganization.

"The deal became possible due to the Tekt group of companies' reorganization work, which lasted for more than six months, as a result of which the OJSC now meets European requirements of the modern market," reads the press release.
