KIEV, July 2 - The possible toughening of the conditions for placing stocks on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) in late 2007 will not prove a significant obstacle to Ukrainian companies entering the market.
Baker Tilly Ukraine managing partner Oleksandr Pochkun said at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine last week that if a company decided to go public, additional requirements concerning the period of audit reports or disclosing of information would not be obstacles to this.
