KIEV, July 2 - The main achievement of the 4th Yalta European Strategy (YES) annual summit was recognition of Ukraine's prospects for European Union membership by politicians from the chief global players - Europe, Russia and the United States, a report by the Viktor Pinchuk Fund reads.

"The goal I gave myself and our organization is to reduce [the length of] Ukraine's journey to the EU by one year. I am sure that the 4th summit has cut its way by, at least, a quarter," Pinchuk said.
