KREMENCHUK, July 3 - The AvtoKrAZ holding company in Kremenchuk in Poltava region plans in 2008 to complete preparations for its IPO, Yaroslav Bondarenko, the company's deputy director general and economy and finance director, has told Interfax-Ukraine.

He said that six to 10 months is needed to prepare for the IPO.

Bondarenko said that a tender to select an investment bank to conduct the IPO has not yet taken place.
