ODESSA, June 26 - Ukraine should raise the level of its cooperation with NATO to the same level as the alliance has with other countries it borders, Security Service chief Valentyn Nalyvaichenko said Tuesday.
Russia is more involved in naval exercises in the Mediterranean "both in terms of quantity and quality and cooperation with NATO" than Ukraine, he said. Russia has 15 working groups in that area and Ukraine only five, he said, according to an Interfax report.
