KIEV, June 15 - The board of UkrTatNafta, which exploits the Kremenchuk oil refinery in Poltava region, has decided to hold another general shareholder meeting on July 30 on request of the national Naftogaz Ukrayiny, a company shareholder.

The agenda of the meeting published in the mass media on Thursday unites withdrawal and election of the chairman of the company's supervisory board and its members, members of the audit commission and board of directors of UkrTatNafta.
