DTEK has selected Danish-based Vestas Wind Systems A/S, a manufacturer of wind turbines, as a technical partner in the construction of the Botiyevska station in the DTEK Pryazovsky wind farm, the holding director for external relations, Oleksandr Tolkach, told reporters. "We are at the final stage of signing a contract with Vestas," he said. According to Tolkach, it is planned to install 30 wind turbines produced by Vestas by late 2012, and increase their number to 65 in 2013.
