KIEV, June 12 - Soudelor Limited, part of FTH Corvette Telecom telecommunications holding, (both based in Cyprus) is buying over 50% of Kiev-based Industrial Media Network (IPNET), one of the largest Internet providers in Kiev.

"Industrial Media Network Company has attracted foreign investment to develop the broadband access to Internet. One of the key conditions of the deal is the retention of the Ukrainian managers team,"the company said.
