KIEV, June 12 - Vinnifruit (Vinnytsia region), Ukraine's large juice and soft drink producer, in Apirl sold a 24% stake to Goldman Sachs and East Capital (Sweden), a source in the company told Interfax-Ukraine.

The source said that the organizer of the private placement was Kiev-based Alfa Capital Ukraine investment company.
