KIEV, June 11 - The tender commission on selling a 99.52% stake in Odessa port-side plant has finished drawing up the conditions for the tender and plans to announce the sale in late June or early July, said Dmytro Parfenenko, deputy head of the State Property Fund.

Parfenenko said that the tender would take place 75 days after its announcement, tentatively in the middle of September.
