KIEV, June 11 ??“ The State Property Fund plans to put a 1% stake in Ukrtelecom up for sale on the PFTS on June 15, SPF Deputy Chairman Dmytro Parfenenko said.

"The court ban has barred us from holding bidding [on June 8], however, under laws in effect we can offer [stakes in Ukrtelecom] for further PFTS trading without a preliminary announcement," he said.
