KIEV, June 11 - First Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Mykola Azarov has said that Ukraine should resume talks on obtaining membership of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) as a non-regional member or observer.

Azarov, speaking at a meeting of the heads of the trade and economic missions in Kiev last week, said that the ADB is providing credit for the majority of the large-scale projects in Asia.
