WARSAW, June 7 - Poland, Ukraine, Lithuania, Georgia and Azerbaijan have agreed to expand the shareholder structure of the existing start-up pipeline firm Sarmatia, which is working on a feasibility study for a possible future oil pipeline from the Caspian Sea to Europe, the Polish Economy Ministry said.
"The parties agreed to create a new company based on the existing company Sarmatia, which will be created through the expansion of the number of shareholders," the ministry said in a statement.
