KIEV, June 4 ??“ Kiev??™s Voliacable will invest around $23 million of its own cash in the development of the network and new services in 2008, Voliacable President Serhiy Boiko said at a press conference devoted to the fifth anniversary of the company last week.

He said that the company plans to invest the same amount in 2007.

Boiko said that the size of company's investment next year would depend on the number of subscribers transferring to digital services.
