KIEV, May 31 ??“ Ukraine's government is mulling the possibility of introducing zero import duties for wheat, rye, maize and barley, Vice-Premier Viktor Slauta has said.

"There is the idea to introduce zero [grain import] duty for some countries. This may be the United States, Canada, Europe," he reported during a briefing of ministers on Wednesday.
