KIEV, May 30 - Slovakia is not seeking a stake in the joint venture between the Ukrainian government and Ukrainian Ore Mining and Metallurgical Company (UOMMC) that will finish building the Kryvy Rih Oxidized Ore Beneficiation Plant.

"Slovakia has no interest in the joint venture, we're giving Ukraine its chance to finish building the mine," Lubomir Jahnatek, Slovakia's economics minister, told a press conference in Kiev following a meeting of the Ukraine-Slovakia cooperation commission.
