KIEV, May 29 ??“ The Fuel and Energy Ministry will insist on allocating 40% of Ukrainian biggest oil producer Ukrnafta's net profit for 2006 for the payment of dividends.

"We will act according to laws. They received profit, didn't they? And 40% of the profit should be paid out," Vadym Chuprun, the head of the company's supervisory board and first deputy energy minister, told reporters in Kiev on Tuesday.
