The move comes hours after Yushchenko and his rival Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych reached the deal to accept the early election on Sept. 30 following 54-day standoff. Yushchenko will shortly have to issue a new decree that postpones the election to Sept. 30 from June 24 as has been earlier set.
