KIEV, May 25 ??“ Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Armenia signed an agreement on the formation of a common electric power market in the CIS following a session of the Council of the heads of governments of the CIS in Yalta on Friday.
Not all [CIS] countries have signed, but it was thought advisable to go on with the work with the agreement signed by the majority of the member states, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov said at a press conference.
