MOSCOW, May 23 ??“ Gorodskoi Ipotechniy Bank (City Mortgage Bank) of Russia, which is part of Morgan Stanley, is mulling over entering Ukraine's mortgage market, yet, there is no time frame for such a move so far, said the bank's First Vice-Governor Ruslan Iseyev.

"I've heard from many banks that they're going to start such [mortgage] operations in Ukraine. We're also considering this??¦ This is discussed as an option, however, there is no final decision," he told Interfax-Ukraine during the third annual conference on the Russian debt market arranged by the Troika Dialog investment company.
