KIEV, May 23 - Switzerland's Ferrexpo AG, which owns Poltava GOK, Ukraine's biggest producer of iron ore pellets, plans to conduct an IPO of London-based Ferrexpo Plc's stocks on the London Stock Exchange (LSE).

"A global placement would include only the institutional placement of new and existing shares in Britain... there will be an option for an additional placement of new and existing shares up to 15% of the total number proposed for the global placement," reads a company press release issued on Tuesday.
