KIEV, May 21 - The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has legalized selective sales or purchases of currency from banks on the interbank currency market depending on the attractiveness of offers by credit and financial institutions.
"If the authorized bank did not satisfy the demand of clients and demand for its own transactions on the sale and purchase of foreign currency two hours before the end of trading, the bank has the right to ask the NBU to buy or sell foreign currency for hryvias.
