KIEV, May 18 ??“ Dragon Capital investment company has completed the formation of the Dragon-Ukrainian Properties & Development PLC investment fund in order to invest into housing and commercial real estate projects in Ukraine.

"The shares of the fund, which was created in February 2007, will be listed on the AIM (Alternative Investment Market) of the London Stock Exchange and will be traded from June 1," a company press release reads.
