KIEV, May 11 ??“ U.S. company Star Energy announced the signing of a letter of intent with Ukrainian-based Anglo-Ukra Energy under which it will buy rights to concessions of three oil and gas fields in Ukraine.

The overall reserves of the oil and gas fields exceed 150 million barrels of oil and 75 billion cubic feet (2.214 billion cubic meters) of natural gas, the U.S. company said in a press release on Friday.
