KIEV, May 11 - The Ukrainian government has sent a letter to the Russian prime minister suggesting continuing the joint project to build the Bohorodchany-Uzhgorod gas pipeline, Fuel and Energy Minister Yuriy Boyko said.

"In April, the Ukrainian government sent a letter to the Russian premier proposing to implement the agreement of 2002 on the joint construction of a 200-kilometer section of the Bohorodchany-Uzhgorod," he told the Vremya Novostei newspaper on Friday.
