KIEV, May 4 ??“ President Viktor Yushchenko on Thursday sacked Volodymyr Ivashchenko as a judge of the Constitutional Court citing an abuse of the oath, the presidential press service announced.

Ivashchenko, appointed by then-President Leonid Kuchma in March 2001, is the third judge at the court that has been fired by the president over the past two weeks.
