KIEV, May 8 - UniCredit Bank and HVB Bank Ukraine, two Ukrainian banks owned UniCredit Group, plan to complete a merger by the end of September, UniCredit Bank CEO Frederico Russo told journalists on Tuesday.

"Our goal is to complete the process [of registering documents on the merger] by the end of September 2007," he said.
