KIEV, April 28 - Shareholders in the UkrGaz-Energo joint venture will consider the distribution of UAH 865.5 million in net profit for 2006 at another time due to the lack of a consensus on how to spend the money, Naftogaz Ukrainy CEO Yevhen Bakulin said.

Naftogaz Ukrainy and RosUkrEnergo AG, a controversial Russian gas trader, each own a 50% stake in UkrGaz-Energo.
