KIEV, April 28 ??“ President Viktor Yushchenko has said the Cabinet of Ministers should revise the distribution of UAH 200 million from the national budget for a program to develop water supply and sewage systems, since a great deal more than half of the assets have been distributed to three eastern regions, according to the presidential press service.

"Clear criteria, common to all regions, for the distribution of assets should be drawn up," Yushchenko said in his letter to Premier Viktor Yanukovych.
