KIEV, April 24 ??“ The Prosecutor General??™s Office on Tuesday declined opening a criminal investigation against a judge of the Constitutional Court that had been accused by security service agents of corruption.

A close relative of Susanna Stanik, the judge, was accused of obtaining a gift of $12 million in real estate and property over the past two years, according to SBU, the security service.
