KIEV, April 23 ??“ Ukraine??™s two biggest opposition groups, the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc and Our Ukraine, submitted papers to the Central Electoral Committee that may eventually make the legislature incapable.

The groups seek to cancel lists of hundreds of candidates that had been running for Parliament on party lists in March 2006, a move needed to clear the way for early election later this year.
