KIEV, April 22 ??“ The Prosecutor General??™s Office didn??™t properly check evidence of alleged corruption by a key Constitutional Court judge while issuing a statement clearing Susanna Stanik, a top security official said Sunday.

Valentyn Nalyvaychenko, the acting head of SBU, the security service, said that prosecutors had actually received the evidence late Thursday, hours after making the announcement that had sought to clear the judge.
