KIEV, April 22 ??“ President Viktor Yushchenko may issue another decree to dismiss Parliament if the Constitutional Court rules against the president in his stand-off with the coalition, a television reported Sunday citing sources.

Yushchenko may move to dismiss the 450-seat legislature if the number of lawmakers drops to less than 300 after more than 150 opposition lawmakers quit their groups, Studio 1+1 reported.
