KIEV, April 20 ??“ The Finance Ministry by late April plans to sum up the results of a tender to select a lead-manager for international borrowing in 2007, Deputy Finance Minister Andriy Kravets said.

"This is only the selection of the lead-manager. The terms of taking foreign loans for this year has not yet been set," Kravets told Interfax-Ukraine.
