KIEV, April 19 ??“ The government will hold an emergency meeting Friday morning in anticipation of massive opposition rally in downtown Kiev amid concerns that the political stand-off may get out of control.

Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych will chair the meeting that will also be attended by top law enforcement officials, according to the government??™s press service.
