KIEV, April 18 - Ukraine and Brazil are planning to start the construction of the Cyclone-4 rocket and space complex at Brazil's Alcantara launch center this fall.

Eduard Kuznetsov, deputy general director of the National Space Agency of Ukraine (NSAU), told reporters in Dnipropetrovsk on Wednesday.
