KIEV, April 12 ??“ The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) may take part in a senior syndicated loan of $75 million Kreditprombank, Ukraine??™s No. 12 bank by assets.

The Bank's participation in the syndicated loan will be considered by the Bank's board on May 14, 2007, EBRD reported on its official Web site.
