KIEV, April 12 ??“ Ukrtatnafta, Ukraine??™s largest oil refinery, said the government had owed the company UAH 290 million in non-refunded value added tax, or VAT.

"UAH 290 million in VAT has not been refunded to us yet. What is more, we can's solve the problem of repaying advance payments of VAT. We believe that it totals UAH 85 million, but the tax service [says] it is almost UAH 17 million," company Board Chairman Serhiy Hlushko said at a press conference in Interfax-Ukraine on Wednesday.
